The client

The City of Ottawa, especially its Integrated Neighbourhood Services Team, was planning to launch training cohorts for local people seeking employment in the administrative and customer service sectors. The goal was to fill several entry-level positions in various departments.

Its needs

Launching courses is one thing. Making them known is another! Working on the visibility and awareness of the program was therefore at the heart of their objective. With this objective came another: recruit the right number of candidates, with the desired profile, in order to fill the training cohorts.
